Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AAA Membership portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your member dashboard and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
